Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Shipping cost and method

FREE Standard Shipping & Handling.

Estimated delivery time

Typically 3-10 business days - All items are shipped from the USA, unless specified otherwise on the item description page. If being fulfilled from one of our international warehouses, then please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Prime Deals Depot currently does not support delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO boxes, Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information

Customs, duties, and taxes

Prime Deals Depot shall not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc). This should be impossible since we do not ship internationally.

Damages

Prime Deals Depot shall not be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
